just saw this story browsing the news. I'm glad they were found, i just hope they're
mentally fit after such an ordeal. Will be interesting to get the full story once they get
home.

Holy crap! Surviving almost a year on rainwater and sea birds and fish...that's unreal.

I'm just guessing this may be the longest survival yet. Kind of gives you an idea of
just how huge the ocean is. I'm amazed they were able to sustain enough water consumption
over such a long period of time.

They were in a boat - it probably has a cabin, and if not they probably had some kind of shade they could set up.

it was a 400 HP oceangoing vessel, this isn't a little fishing boat like you see on lakes and rivers around here.

and there lies their dumbass mistake. No... don't bring any kind of communication equipment, just some lemons and a bloody bible will see you through. Congrats for surviving, but it's their own fault... bunch of tards.
