Woah...

It's gotta be dead though, all its organs have been removed. It's like when chickens run round for a while after you cut their throat.

I've seen 30lb tuna filet right out of the water and the same thing happens, they'll flop around for a while without any meat left on them.
I wouldn't say it's really "alive", just the nervous system still running for a bit longer.

Doesn't really seem that crazy to me. Haven't you ever tossed still-twitching catfish fillets into a fryer while watching the head attempt to breathe on the cutting board next to it?

I cleaned a largemouth Bass once while it was still pretty much alive. They move for quite a while after their dead.

If you look closer...none of its organs have been removed. It has had a "filet" removed from each side.

Those stupid youtubers- they should be filleted for their inane racist remarks.
So I guess ONE fish condemns an entire culture- just wow!:disgust:

The brain is still attached to the spinal cord and gills. All that was removed was muscle and digestive tract.

Edit: Maybe just muscle.
