So two days ago I noticed that I could finally do an exercise that, for whatever reason, I have never been able to do....
A full situp.
I could of course pound them out with feet against the wall or something helping, but I could never do an actual situp. I've also always played sports, and I've been lifting weights for a couple of years now. I couldn't do a situp as of a few months ago. I've been adjusting my technique for my ab/back workouts the past month or two and I guess it helped!
I've always found it odd that I could never do a full situp. Perhaps it explains why I have an inguinal hernia: a weak "belt" area.
I'm 5'9" ~165 lbs.
I can actually do them at will now. Did about 40 yesterday.
