I think he'll just get a ticket. Speeding tickets suck, but the first ones are ususally not the end all of your license.

well, i didn't know i was going 80 until i saw the trooper and looked at my meter. and in my defense, my friend was having serious stomach aches and i wanted to get her to a rest room.
