I watch paid digital content but it's Netflix (on multiple devices, including the Nexus 7) and iTunes (occasionally Apple TV).I don't buy digital content so Amazon ecosystem is a con rather than plus.

... despite having a very nice CM9 install on my touchpad, I still use WebOS mostly, the ergonomics are better, and the interface seems more refined...
