Question Fire at ASML Berlin

The biggest limiting factor for EUV scanner production rate is the light source, at least this facility isn't involved there. Hopefully everything this factory makes is available from another source, or they have sufficient working inventory to carry them through until it is back up and running.

Allegedly, ASML berlin is involved in wafer clamp and mirror block production, among other things:
