If they're gonna give him an Oscar for that, then they should consider awarding him retroactively for his past efforts. Acting beyond one's perceived range/genre/strength seems too overrated. Anyway, I shouldn't care about an award show that I haven't watched in years...

?? really? cuz i thought that was one of his many dependent women he has on the side. no legal docs for the country so she has no choice etc.

i was wondering about the wife or girl or what...

he says he has 4 boys...and at the end of the movie it says he's survived by his wife and 4 boys too...

but yeah, that girl was hot...

PS the girl that was about to be raped was pretty too...though they say 14 in the movie for her character i don't think she really is in real life...hehe

well from what i remember, yea his character does have a wife and kid, but they never show up in the movie. he goes to visit his girl on the side and give her money? and get some @ss during the day


doesn't he basically include that kinda thing as part of the life that ethans character could have?

I watched it twice last week.. I thought it was a great movie.

I had to watch it the 2nd time to really understand it.
