I had a case having to do with a workplace injury. This former employee (an employee at the time of the incident), who was an amputee (left arm), gave a sworn statement that contradicted every other account of the incident (and screwed my client over).

I come to find out that he was fired for looking at amputee porn websites on his work computer.

I was provided with copies of everything he had looked at over a 6 month period. We noticed his deposition and, as he was sitting at the conference table before we started, I had my assistant put all of it on the table in piles, like was going to through them with him in the deposition.

He recanted his statement in writing and left before being deposed, never to heard from again.

What has been seen cannot be unseen.
