PSU: Probably the Enermax Liberty 500w. DFI is very picky about which PSUs they like, not sure why. I'd go Fortron, OCZ, Zippy, or Enermax with a DFI. If you go Asus, I'd get a Seasonic 600w.CPU: I would have gone Opty 170. Extra overclockability is there just in case, even if you don't think you're going to use it
