Sucker! The iphone has apps for everything. I even bought the "where'd I park" app. Brilliant! Next I'll try the "where should I eat" app so I'll never have to use my brain ever again.
Yeah why start now?

I broke down and bought my SO one for Valentines day today...what a sucker. I also bought her the 8GB ipod Touch when it was the rage, and the 64GB iPad for Xmas. I personally dont own a single Apple product, but somehow they still get my $$$.

I guess that is why they are successful.

Yep...I will go bash every Apple fanboi in every Apple thread that is posted. But then I go and buy one for my lady.

I'm not sure if this proves the power of Apple marketing, or the power of snatch...

I put my foot down on laptops/desktops though. I would never EVER do that.

I introduced my GF to Android and other nicer laptops and she loves em.

Well, hell froze over for me last week, I bought a MacBook Air.

It's pretty impressive, and why the hell doesn't everyone have a decent touchpad? Laptop manufacturers should be ashamed, Apple's touchpad is really good.

My uncle does that to my aunt. They don't live in Orange County anymore, that they did for 25 years so old habits die hard. She had an HP laptop for a few years but then thanks to their son, he started getting her the latest apple gadget. I've never seen her use her ipods/ipad either.

I'm not too much against the laptops though. They are nicely built machines if overpriced. The rest of their stuff is just toys for rich people and yuppies.

Apples touchpads are phenomenal. When my bluetooth mouse batteries run out sometimes its weeks before I replace them cause the touchpad is as good or better (esp with 3 and 4 finger gestures!)

When working away from my desk, the work laptop gets a USB mouse plugged in before I connect power or Ethernet. Thats how awful competitor trackpads are.
