Feng Shui is more a cultural heirtage than anything else, imo. My parents buy into it. It doesn't bother me. I'm not going to do something ridiculous for feng shui but if arranging my couch a certain way can help with my qi then so be it.

I'd seriously worry more about your grammar and engrish though than drawing lines in the sand of what parts of a culture are off-limits.
