She's not even close.

With someone who works with both male and female architects on a daily basis, the female architects don't "design" a damn thing. They draw pretty pictures of things that can't physically be built, and send it over to the engineers (ie, me) to be designed.

Didn't Cindy Crawford start out studying Chemical Engineering? Or am I mistaken? Hehe, he said without googles.

In all honesty, I do know one female mech engineer who is VERY attractive, and of course she also happens to be married to a civil eng. And when I say attractive, I mean she passes the most stringent test of all - the bikini test. (and NO, I do not have any pics of her in a bikini. Only mental images)

If you haven't actually SEEN the bikini...how can you be sure? She could be missing a torso or something.

Ouch, burn to the female architects. I thought architectures went through 5 years of school to learn what can't be done?

One of my closest friends (an artist) is married to an engineer. They have been happily married for nearly 20 years.

Truer words have never been spoken!

Although it isn't as true now as it used to be, engineering is still a male dominated profession...which means that female students/engineers find themselves interacting with many more male students/engineers. The odds are good that a female engineer will meet someone in that male horde that is acceptable (while many of the males will have to look elsewhere).

Zuh? I've seen her in a bikini. Trust me, she isn't missing a torso! I think you'd be able to notice that without stripping down to a bikini.
