Fedex SmartPost + USPS lost my Amazon order! [Solved]

Had a recent order shipped to my workplace, and the USPS tracking showed "delivered." A day later, no one knew where the package was. Called the post office, who promised to get on the case. Later that day the package was delivered-by a courier service the post office hands off to for our location; this was who the package was "delivered" to on the date shown on the tracking. Who knew? Got a call from a postal employee explaining the process and apologizing. Live and learn...
