No, its most likely an I7 with 8 threads.

Edit: It gives it away in the pic above; its a Xeon (4 cores) with 8 threads.

My personal fav (not my picture but I have it in a in a drawer at my parents house). Overclocking with the connectors on the top was awesome. Mine was a 700mhz t-bird running at 1ghz. It still works even.

I used a metal drill bit in a pillar drill (which is fairly low speed). The bit I used is one of these:
