Ha Ha that's a great article. It was posted a couple of days ago on Ars and even the ultra-liberal, anti-gov't, Bush hating crowd over there labeled it as tripe. First Q & A attempts to prove a point by redefining what WMD is and the list rapidly degenerates from there. It is nothing more than the usual tripe we get from hagtard who evidently is trying to replace flavio as the leading oligophrenic with internet access.

This was the best and proved the sites bias:
11. After Iraq?s invasion of Kuwait by Iraq in August 1990, Iraq immediately offered to negotiate a withdrawal in response to the UN demand that it do so. True or False.
True.
By negotiating do they mean digging trenches and shooting at Americans. And if they were going to negotiate right after they invade why invade. Furthermore when the first bombs started to drop why didnt they surrender. Great site worth a laugh of two. I hope your sarcastic about this site; if your not, dont have kids.

This one is good too:
19. Saddam Hussein drove all the Jews out of Iraq after the 1967 Israeli war against Egypt. True or False.
False. It was the previous government of Abdul Karim Kassim that encouraged the some 200,000 Jews of Iraq to leave, given the hostile reaction to the ?67 war among Iraqi Muslims. The Ba?ath Party government that followed did hang some Jews as Israeli spies, but there never has been persecution of Iraqi Jews by the Ba?ath government and there are still two functioning synagogues in Iraq. Seven percent of the population is Catholic.
So if hanging jews is not persecution, yeah i think that proves the site is also anti-semetic.

Good job, you have now made everyone who reads it dumber, may god have mercy on your sole.

I find these areguents eerily reminiscent (no, I was not around, but I have read about them) to the arguments, especially in England, about what to do with Hitler and Germany. Now Germany was vioalating the Treaty of Versialles, but was that justification to go into Germany with the military. Thanks to the British PM (i forgot his name, the one before Churchill), European countries signed a "peace treaty" with Hitler, in which he claimed he had no territorial ambitions, he just wanted to build up his army. Bascially, like now, many citizens and politicians did not want to face the reality that there was a SERIOUS problem with Germany's actions and violations of the Versailles treaty, but since technically, nothing really bad has been done, they didnt need to do anything.

Hopefully, I do not need to explain where that led Europe, and the world for that matter, in the coming years.

While some of the aspects are assuredly different, there are nonetheless similarities in the current situation with Iraq. Face it, Iraq has been acquiring the technology and the warheads. If you think he is acquiring aluminum rods is for ligthing in the poorer districts in Bahgdad, or some other humanitatian need, you need to get your head examined. HE IS TRYING TO BUILD MORE WMD!!!

So either, we deal with this now, or let it fester until it becomes an even worse situation for the generations to come. (kind of what Clinton let happen in NK)

So for all you people who live and breathe the UN, dont you realize that Saddam has basically spit in the face of the UN by flagrantly violating its mandates??? Do you want the UN to become irrelevant as a real force in the world?? Sheesh. Three words. League of Nations.

Funny how history repeats itself in many ways.

So, getting back to the original topic, is it okay to use words such as Stalinism and McCarthyism and not Hitlerism?

I do believe there is a difference between Nazism and Hitlerism. Nazism would be the beliefs of a part and Hitlerism of one man; granted would be close. I am sure not eveyr Nazi belived the same as Hitler, considering some of them escaped to England.

Something that may confuse people when it comes to Bush, especially him being a politician and like it or not; he says what he means.

Yeah but the trick is to try and figure out what it is!

Liberal? You'd better take a closer look. This is the guy who invented "supply side economics".

Have whoever reads to you read my post again and between the two of you see if you can figure out who it was I called "liberal".

Hint: It wasn't Jude, it wasn't you, it wasn't flavio, it wasn't Bush and it wasn't me.

If the Bushies know that Iraq has stuff, how do they know?
Is it because there is a log of all the stuff that Cheneys Haliburton Company
sold ILLEGALY through their Afiganistan and Pakistan offices?
Is it the Dreaded ALUMINUM TUBES that the Bushies signed off on a year ago,
as they were 82MM Mortar Tube Casings which had been approved for sale theough
Daddy Bushs Armament and Weapons Supply Company?

If they are making a big issue about a count of a dozen or so Empty Warheads,
why aren't they as concerned about a few THOUSAND rejected votes from the people in Florida?

Seems like they spent a lot of time slamming Gore on what they think they've invented now.

Bagdad is a city with a population about the size of Los Angeles, crammed into a much more compact area.
A city of mud/dirt streets, not a place to go on a nice vacation.

U.S. invades, they aren't going to face an army in the dessert - they are going to be fighting doorway to door way,
house to house, with the people that live there. The Iraqi Army won't even put on their uniforms -
how do you tell the good guys from the bad guys? As far as they are concerned WE are the bad guys.

All the makings of a real mess. How many of you 'Forum Posters' been in a combat situation?
Ain't pretty, ain't fun.
