^Don't try changing the subject. Clinton was caught red handed. Again.

"Caught red handed", doing WHAT exactly?

And while we're at it...can you name ONE, actually damaging and compromising email from W/L or wherever, which is actually not related to internal DNC staffer etc. chatter, but ONE, ONLY ONE email by or about Clinton..which is damaging?

Realize that all your allegations are based on...POOF!! nothing...Youtube videos and what you echo from conspiracy sites...with mostly not one single fact to back them.

As opposed to that, one can easily compile a long list of scams and lies Trump committed.
The people he stiffed, the students he fucked over, the taxes he never paid, the lies he is constantly telling people etc..

No go on Wikipedia and learn the difference between "reality" and "wishful thinking"

Shove it... here's some more for you to enjoy:

If you're talking about the loads of bullshit his supporters are eating in hopes of him winning in the future, nope.

From reading that Trump comes off as basically a psychopath. I would never want to do business with him under any circumstances and I can't imagine I'm alone.

I wonder if most of his business now is based around people who aren't aware of his reputation.

What political clout Reid has now that he is an outgoing senator? Can he subpoena Comey to appear before him and answer question under oath?
Who investigates FBI for abuse of power? Since ethics violation has been filed, who will have the responsibility to investigate it? Will there be independent prosecutor appointed and who gets to do it? Did Comey make a mistake when he had a press conference in July? Was that an "honest mistake" or was he just "careless".

Comey acting in his own self-interest is not a conspiracy any more than yourself trying to get ahead at work. Generally speaking people who value integrity over self-interest don't get very far in the power structure.
It doesn't have to be a conspiracy to create a conspiracy theory.

I'll agree it probably was CYA wrt Congress but I don't think he really thought it through very well. If we allow it was honest we also need to acknowledge that it was half-baked, too.

Doing what, exactly?

That's an honest question, one I doubt you can answer. You just know it's gotta be something, cuz Hillary.

He's a boring and predictable troll who doesn't believe 99% of the shit he posts here. Oh and crickets...

I must be missing something, the content of the emails aside from their confidential status wasn't an issue with the FBI investigation, this is just more of the same, and they declined to even empanel a grand jury or indict over mishandling of email.

So its just a waste of time & money.

In that case it seems more conspiratorial to believe he's been fumbling his way into favor with important people all the way to the top. Rather more believable that he's always been rather good at this.

Eichenwald has a new article on the lying crook known as Trump up at Newsweek. It seems that when it comes to disappearing emails and other correspondence a court demands from him, Trump is an expert at it.

From the article:

Why am I not surprised? It's clear that Trump is a lying, deceiving crook who uses his wealth to screw over other people, that history is irrefutable. That he would also hide or destroy records to prevent justice from being served on his ass isn't a stretch. Hillary may have an email problem but Trump is nothing but a walking, talking, nonstop plethora of problems.

That's a quality candidate you got there, GOP...lol!
I am certain the FBI will take into consideration Trump's lying crookery under the Clinton investigation.

There is no way this latest news cycle results in a Trump victory, as much as the media needs for this to be a horse race in the closing days. It probably saves the Republicans on some down ballot races, which may or may not preserve their legislative majority. It also probably means the investigation will continue into the first and most critical 90 days of her administration.

You are misreading the statement. Clintons lawyers went through all her emails. They sent work related emails to the FBI. They deleted all personal emails. Then they wiped the server.

So any email on that laptop was certainly from before the server was wiped. No question about it. What is unknown is what percentage are duplicates the FBI has and what percentage are the personal emails the FBI never saw.

Msnbc is reporting that experts think this is all much ado about nothing.

It's not up to Clintons "lawyers" to decide what e-mails are personal and what are "business" and then to destroy them. We already know that at least some of those "personal" e-mails were State Dept. business and that Hillary lied about it.

So it's time to empanel a Grand jury. Good suggestion.

So what? That doesn't mean the deletions were work related.

WTF do you think will be found, anyway?
Al Capone went down for tax evasion. There was never going to be a smoking gun email explicitely stating an intent to avoid FOIA accountability or circumvent the handling of classified information.

Without intent there is no case, just speculation, and you cannot prosecute on speculation.

However, there is the possibility of gaining leverage on a Clinton surrogate, and then obtaining oral testimony that does establish intent.

What if there is now leverage over Abedin to the extent that she suddenly has a crystal clear recollection of events. I wonder if she has a singing voice.

Please. It's just an extension of the Benghazi fishing expedition, another propaganda mindfuck for the faithful. Conflict is attention. Attention is influence.

I would bet that most who do business know its a gamble. They either have enough lawyers to fight him, or think is worth the risk. He has been around too long and screwed too many people for it not to be known. Here in FL I know it was common knowledge for businesses that it was a high risk.

Too bad that his political supporters don't recognize that it's high risk.

They'd apparently try to swim to England on a bet if the odds were big enough.

It is in Hillary's best interest for the Republicans to focus in on this. They are apparently too brain dead to realize that this issue is a big time political loser for them.

Then Comey and Clinton should be subject to equal criticism and or legal action since both violated policy (one WRT timing of communications, the other by operating a personal server for official communications) and possibly the law (respectively the Hatch Act and Federal Records Act and Freedom of Information Act)

That's what I can't figure out, why would anyone well know in the business community do business with him. Something tells me most of his deals aren't done with business people well known in the community. He probably bundles investors about as good as the banks were bundling mortgages before the crash.

Marvel needs to put Hillary in their comics. She's some kind of super criminal that never gets caught of all these years.
"Caught red handed", doing WHAT exactly?
  • Illegal handling and distribution of classified material.
  • Destruction of evidence.
  • Violation of FOIA.
  • Perjury.
  • Conspiracy for these crimes.
The whole "intent" cover does not hold up for anyone else who commits these crimes. Moreover, no one instructs staff to setup and use a private server without the planning and premeditated intent to do so. Intent is inherit in setting up the private server. Conspiracy from having others involved. A slam dunk against anyone but the rich and powerful.
