Hey - I originally signed up with Hotmail years ago, then got Yahoo, and now have Gmail. But I really need to just stick with one email. Which one do you prefer and why? I really like Yahoo's new beta interface - it's really slick looking. But I love the Google features with fast searching. I just tried Hotmail's new interface, but wasn't really impressed much compared with Yahoo's beta version.
 
Gmail by far! Offers the most space - never really deleting any emails. And the search function rules. Plus the layout is very user friendly and easy to use.... it will only get better w/ time.

threaded e-mails for the win!!! especially if you have discussion lists.
 
I've never used Hotmail. I have a yahoo account but that's just for my mailing list emails. I use gmail as my primary account.
 
If anyone actually votes for Hotmail above Gmail, they've simply never tried gmail and/or have some horrible taste. Gmail is, by far, the best.

Gmail manager extension + sending invites to yourself for multiple accounts + best spam filter + POP3 support + huge space which will soon become unlimited space + all the tools you can use to utilize that email space for file sharing, picture storing or otherwise + the fact that its google = an email service that is currently unrivaled and probably always will be.

I like inbox.com too though, because I can get to my accounts through my work proxy filters that filter out all other webmail services. And also supplies 1 gig of space.

i voted for hotmail as it's the only webmail i use, reason is because all my buddies are on hotmail and use msn messenger so never switched and yahoo's interface somehow doesn't go with me, i use gmail too ..but hotmail coz of msn messenger, and please don't draw conclusions about things you don't know, the guy must be having his reasons for liking yahoo, just because you love gmail doesn't mean everybody should, btw i love the storage capacity they give 😉
 
First ever web based e-mail was Hotmail for me, then I switched over to gMail, now I love Hotmail Live Beta, the UI is nice and clean.
 
Where's lycosmail (formerly Eudoramail)? I don't care if they only give you 5mb and constantly bombard you with ads to increase your space for $9.95, they are quality!
