Reminds me of flan myself. Called caramel custard over here.

I could actually go for some fried apple & cinnamon topped off with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Also fresh chocolate covered strawberries from a little shop near the boardwalk in Wildwood are very nice.

Which brings me to funnel cakes... 🙂
