I like everything sweet. My favorite dessert has more to do with the experience than anything.

It's a slice of Mom's pecan pie, and a slice of her pumpkin pie with Breyer's vanilla ice cream after a full Thanksgiving dinner... sigh... food coma time.
 
There's a restraunt in Door County, WI called "The Cookery" that always has the best desserts. Last time I was there I had something call Chocolate Volcano. It was a chocolate cake with a chocolate truffle-like filling. The cake was then topped with ice cream and their made from scratch hot fudge.

 
If I'm making it, Black Forest cherry cake or custard-filled cream puffs. If I'm buying it, a blondie at Ruby Tuesday's.
