Heheh. Actually, like I said, I don't mind "chop suey" if it isn't too greasy. But until you've had good Chinese food, you don't know what you're missing. Also, one my fave restaurants near my place makes "fake" Chinese food (fusion). (Damn expensive though.) It's sort of like Italian pasta. My (Italian) friend gave me her recipe and some home-canned tomatoes. I just followed the recipe and I was amazed at the difference in taste compared to the usual schtuff. And my friends still make me pick up Ukranian sausage in my home town (which is VERY Ukranian), to carry half way across the country, because their local stuff just ain't as good. Yummm.........
