Las Vegas: Egg rolls from the "Peking Market" in the Flamingo Hilton
Toledo: Ham (too salty, but awesome) or shrimp fried rice from the Surf. Damn, I miss that greasy rice!

It used to love this breaded jumbo shrimp dish, served on top of broccoli and honey roasted walnuts, topped with a creamy sweetened condensed milk and mayo sauce. But I ate too much of it and got tired of it. I never seem to tire of this intestines and turnip dish though (I think that's what it is).

I might not know the name of the dishes (english or chinese), but the above is real chinese food.

I think the first is walnut shrimp and yeah its good. some places serve it without the broccoli.

also, I give you props for eating intestines. good man.

yeah, that's my gf's favorite dish...it's good, but not everyone makes it. And the places that make, lots do not make it right.

BTW: it's Honey Walnut Shrimp.

Best dish: Hong Kong style steak filet.
