I recently was playing cards on a long bus ride and I came to the conclusion that I really don't give a flying flip over Spades. With that being said (and after pissing off all of the Spade playing fans), what is your favorite playing card game?

I like Poker and Egyptian Rat Screw
 
If the players are good, my favorite is bridge, but bad bridge is a bore. I used to play in duplicate tournements, but I haven't done it for a long time. Gin rummy and hearts are ok, and a decent poker game can be fun.
 
OMG...i read the topic and thought 'spades'. I love that game. Hearts and Euchre is pretty cool too. I'm always a sucker for blackjack.

Double deck pinochle. Bid, lay down all your cards, pick 'em back up and get your tricks. Great game. Played a lot of 'knucks when underway.
 
I play Texas Hold 'em at the casino. $10-$20...anything higher and I'm a wreck. 🙂
For nonpoker my favorite is Euchre. That is if I get a good partner.

my sister taught me that game a couple years back. I remember it to be a lot of fun, but it's been awhile.

blackjack and gin are good, I like poker but really haven't played it much. I forget the ranking of the cards and stuff.

I love spades! Gimme a partner who likes to set the opponants and it's all good. Too many bags? Feh, no such thing, we'll just set them again and make up for it 😀

I'll play any kind of poker for fun, but in the casino I only play Texas hold em.
 
Mighty. best game EVER.... not many ppl know how to play it.. probably not many have even heard it.

Poker rules... (only 7 card hi-lo)
