ICQ, definitely. I wouldn't even have AIM on the computer if so many others didn't use it. Perhaps one day we'll have a standing IM protocol. Until then there's always Trillian.
I use AIM. I hope there is never one IM protocol forced upon companies. Let people have a choice with what they want to use just like with operating systems.
wow...always learning something new. didn't realize there was a thing such as trillian out there for the win platform. I've seen the one for Linux called (wut's it called -- everybuddy?), and that was awesome. Then again I'm a windows user.
I used to REALLY be into CounterStrike and i used ICQ in those days cause so many people in the CS community use ICQ. Recently i've been using both MSN messenger and AIM, mainly because everyone i know uses both of them...
i refuse to use newer versions of icq
and i use an older ver of aim cuz one of the newest vers crashes ALOT
IMO some of the older programs for chatting etc are better b/c they didn't try to add a bunch of sh!t features that im never gona use and make it look all perty for those idiots out there
