Not in Canada, you can still get it, just in way lower doses than you Yanks were used to getting.

Just recently, last week maybe. I'm sure they'll be putting something out under the same name ehedra-free, though.Originally posted by: iamme
when did ephedrine become illegal? i just saw Hydroxycut at my local GNC a few weeks ago.
I agree, supplements are not your core, and I think in many cases are only marginally if at all helpful.Originally posted by: Scope
I know, I lift 4-5 times a week and I use my bike trainer 4-5 times a week. I was just curious, I'm not big on using supplements, I'm just trying out this "E" free stuff.

I think cardio is the best way to lose all of those pounds. Don't rely on some herb. I wouldn't. I used to take Xenadrine but it didn't work so I stopped taking it.

Actually, weight training more effectively burns calories, raises metabolism, and maintains metabolic elevation for longer periods of time. This I can actually cite research, if you want 😉
I don't have the numbers but a pound of muscle burns 45-50 calories an hour just resting. At least that's what they say. I don't believe that number. I think it's grossly elevated, but muscle does help tremendously with weight loss.Originally posted by: Kemosabe1447

Not that I don't believe you, but where did you hear it? Because I would like to read up on that.
