Since all the supplement threads have started to show up, I was wondering what you guys recommend for Fat Burners. Opinions on Ephedra Free and regular ones. I'm currently using TwinLab Ripped Fuel Extreme[E Free Version]. So let the thread role.

Well, ephedrine's illegal now, so I'd recommend focusing on those not including it ;)
I have used a few in my day :)Q), Hydroxycut had the best impact. Of course, you act like you're on coke when using that sh!t....
Try Xenadrine EFX, that's supposed to be good.

Like I said The one that I'm using is "Ephedra FREE"!!!
Ephedra isn't illegal in Canada, you can still get it but in way lower doses than you Yanks were used to getting.

That's true, but if you've ever had ephedrine in your system, you can understand why it's not available in the US anymore. I would guess that Canada will follow suit, but I'd just be guessing.

I think it would be good to focus on diet and exercise. 'Supplements' are just that: supplements, not magic beans.

Just recently, last week maybe. I'm sure they'll be putting something out under the same name ehedra-free, though.
Stacker 2 is ephedra-free now.

I know, I lift 4-5 times a week and I use my bike trainer 4-5 times a week. I was just curious, I'm not big on using supplements, I'm just trying out this "E" free stuff.

i believe ephedra raises your metabolism like 2-3%.. it helps but its not going to do crap unless you already have good cardio and diet..

you want effective clen and DNP.. nice and illegal and very dangerous, but they work :)

I agree, supplements are not your core, and I think in many cases are only marginally if at all helpful.

I've been looking for a link on this ephedra ban... not finding anything. It's possible it was just Florida and I misunderstood
I will continue to look.

Yep, the supplements you guys have have crazy amounts of shite in them. I have buddy who loves supplements and he always wants the US version of everything.

I think cardio is the best way to lose all of those pounds. Don't rely on some herb. I wouldn't. I used to take Xenadrine but it didn't work so I stopped taking it.

Actually, weight training more effectively burns calories, raises metabolism, and maintains metabolic elevation for longer periods of time. This I can actually cite research, if you want ;)

I find the quickest weight loss comes from restriction of calories though throwing in cardio helps as well, and I base that on the fact I do weights anyway. These supplements do work but their health characterists are arguable.

Not that I don't believe you, but where did you hear it? Because I would like to read up on that.

I don't have the numbers but a pound of muscle burns 45-50 calories an hour just resting. At least that's what they say. I don't believe that number. I think it's grossly elevated, but muscle does help tremendously with weight loss.
