See what happens when you go in acting like a rational human being presenting a credible argument?

And not ranting and raving about the moral corruption of humanity.

Which is what I did from moment one, even in this thread. The extraneous theoretical arguments were subsequent to my primary objections. They were just all lumped together by you and the others.

I would say the judge was in a good holiday spirit, it was also late in the day and he wanted to get away for his holiday weekend. Important thing is, you got cleared (this time)

Happy New Year to all ... be safe, police will be out enmass looking for drunk drivers.

cliffs on thread?

OP gets ticketed for lack of seatbelt

OP says he *was* wearing seat-belt and will fight it

OP then goes on a multi-month, multi-page diatribe about how he is willing to sacrifice his family, his freedom, his life, nay, his very SOUL in pursuit of the ideals of truth and justice. He may or may not have hurt his arm while patting himself on the back, but he most certainly strained his neck with his multiple acts of auto-fellatio.

Eits then offered his services as a fake doctor

Thread winner.

As funny as it would have been to see the OP in jail because he was being a hammer head and a moron in principle I'm glad that the charge was dismissed.

If nothing else we won't have to suffer the posts that would have ensued when he got out of the slammer. A good round of "I told you so's" would have been fun though. 😛

Congrats, PrinceofWands. If everyone fought bogus charges, it wouldn't be worthwhile for the corrupt to bother with it. If we were all willing to go to jail on principle, the jails would fill up and the abusers wouldn't get a paycheck.

i'm sure i already know the answer to this question being that officers get off with murder . . . but do they keep track of officers that have an extra amount of contested citations?
