Ok I started eating protein whey supplement after every work out. Not a lot, just 1 scoop each mixed with water. But now my face is breaking out, there are some pimples popping up on my face.

Is it the protein supplement that is causing this? or maybe I am not drinking enough water after eating the protein shake?

curious..

I am 28 btw.

You might have some kind of allergy to something in that protein powder, but that's just my guess. (Never had an issue with protein powder)

You might try stop taking it for a week, seeing if it goes away, and trying a different brand and see if you get the same results. If so, have the doctor run a food allergy test to see what exactly it is that is causing this.

The protein shake has sugar in it. You're dosing yourself with sugar on a daily basis now. That might be it.

I had to start drinking a ton (gallons) of water a day, and it stopped me from breaking out. =/

Err...pretty much everything you eat has sugar in it. It's not like it's a high dosage or it's "special" sugar.

Splenda causes me to break out. There are a lot of protein shakes, so it's hard to tell. Try another one and see if it resolves your problem.

Yeah, I have been breaking out badly after starting amplified creatine.

I'm thirty years old and look like by balls just dropped, crap is embarrassing.

crap!

ok I will try drinking tons of water after each shake, or maybe cutting the dosage in half and bringing it up gradually to get my body accustomed to it.

That's like saying a potato has as much sugar as a Snickers bar. A steak for protein doesn't have nearly as much sugar as a Chocolate Protein Shake.
