If the bloody music artists actually stood up and did something to the leeches that are the RIAA and tickemaster, we'd have cheaper music and the musicians would have more money.

I agree, F U ticketmaster. I hope every tm employee gets raped in the ass with a cactus like they are fucking over every customer they have.

<---hating ticketmaster since the mid seventies

Way back when you actually had to stand outside at ticketmaster booths to get tickets. Nothing like standing in line for four hours in 20F temps to get tickets and being second in line only to find out the entire lower bowl was already sold out. At the time there were only like 24 ticketmaster outlets servicing the Metro-Detroit area. SO, LIKE THE 24 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME AT THE OTHER LOCATIONS BOUGHT 10,000 TICKETS??? RIGHT!!! It was more like dealing with the mafia than dealing with the mafia.

"Ticketmaster: One way or another, we're going to get some of your money. Now squeal, piggy!"

A "convenience fee" and "delivery charges" for electronic payment and shipment of a piece of paper.

Go to SVC, and you can buy a tube of Arctic Silver 5 for $7. No convenience fee, despite being able to pay conveniently online with a credit card, and no extra delivery charges. It's utterly amazing that they can stay in business.🙄

I wonder how many lobbyists Ticketmaster has on their payroll?

I hate them, whether you buy the ticket online, over the phone or at the freaking venue you can't avoid paying their fees. In the days of internet direct sales there's no reason to need them anymore.

Good bumpage.

Anyway, I'm glad everything I need is on Netflix. The idea of paying assloads of money for a lot of inconvenience and possibly shitty entertainment just blows my mind.

It has gotten to the point now where I just dont go to any concerts dealing with ticket master. I do lose out on some good music but everyone here who hates them but continues to use their service is only helping the problem. The artists can say all they want about how bad TM is but as long as their fans keep going to see their shows nothing will change.

Musicians would not have more money. Musicians are complicit because they are bribed with monopoly profits.

Gimme a break....the youth of this country and their self entitlement attitude where they think the worlds owes them everything?

I wonder what the percentage of these thieving bastards have actually paid for their music...my bet is under 20%...I don't think any of my co-worker's kids have ever bought a CD and yet everytime I 'fix' their PC's, they have 15-20GB of music...

They all think that music is something you get for free because they have never had to pay for it...

and they bitch about its the RIAA's fault when in reality it is because they are too fucking cheap to actually spend their money on it...

Once Napster gave everyone a taste of free music, the music industry was doomed...

I agree completely. Ticketmaster has such a monopoly that it is sickening. Honestly, since by the time I get around to ticketmaster the seats available are usually bad, and the surcharges are usually a lot, I just buy tickets to events on ebay. Costs more, but if you buy from a reputable seller you at least have more say in what you are getting... and aren't giving money to ticketmaster.
