I go to this MMA place near my gym. I joined primarily because it's an awesome work out. Right now I'm cutting and my diet is good. Not drinking too much on the weekends atm for that sake.
Let me lay it out:
m = boxing, t = wrestling, w = juijitsu, th = muay thai/standup/gnp
Edit: Sessions are about 1 - 1.5hrs long. Depends when I get out of work.
Been busy at work lately so I make it to 2/3 classes a week. I try to run or do some form of cardio at least one day during the weekend.
Is the martial arts thing above an ok replacement for regular cardio or should I be doing additional work also?
I'm doing a GVT(10x10) routine and lift 3x a week currently.
