"At the end of the day..."

Nothing is ever done by the end of the day, and there is no such thing as the end of a metaphorical day on any of these projects. You're saying "at the end of the day" because you think it's going to make you look strategic and win you whatever argument we're in.

"[Noun] much?"

It should be "[Verb] much?", surely?

As in "Use annoying internet phrases much?" NOT "annoying internet phrases much?".

"how big is yours?" (often referring to computer memory, usb memory sticks, etc.)

"how many megapixels?"

I have a 14.1MP SD1400is and a 5D that's 12.7MP. Guess which takes better pics? 😀

The cameras I don't care about. How big are yours? :awe:

Oh and EVERYONE says "touch base". 😀

Grrrr..."touch base" and "reach out" are two of my biggest pet peeves. I cringe when I hear them!

And another one (may have already been mentioned, but I haven't read the complete thread): "Go ahead and ping him."

EDIT: And yet another: "It is a mute point." Uh, no, buffoon, it is a MOOT point.

"We apologize for the inconvenience."

This "apology" is gratuitously used all the time as a half-hearted preemptive way of saying "don't bother complaining about this, because we don't give a fvck."
