treadmill: 5 minutes walking and then i run for about 20 minutes, about 2.5 miles in the end. Then i jump to i think its the eliptical machine for another half hour.
 
Man boobs are sometime genetic. You cant get rid of them unles you get them done by a PS. From one man boob guy to another. DONT try to beef up your chest what ever you do!! Adding muscle under the boobs will actually make them look even bigger and that is not what your going for. Since your loosing your gut and not your beans Im going to call they are there to stay unless you get them sucked out.
Sorry for the bad news I just call thems as I sees thems and since I have thems too I got stuff to play with when the wife wont let me touch hers 😛

You can lift weights if you want to but here is what your going to look like 😀

$20 says you are doing it wrong. Common mistakes are having your back flat on the bench and bringing forward your shoulders (diverting the force to your shoulders and arms, not your chest). you are probably correct.

look online to find what your target heart rate should be for a fat-burning cardio workout and try to maintain it for up to 30 mins, 4 days a week.

25, yesterday my heart rate was at 158 while running

Cardio yes lifting weights to increase muscle mass UNDER the man tits NO! If you dont loose the fat the muscle will only push the fatty tits out mking them look bigger. See my other reply for pic of what he will look like.

as stated by others, there is no spot burning... but i can't see myself going down to about 160-170lbs just to loose the belly and chest, i would start to look skinny specially on my arms and legs which are just fine.

Then you won't lose the tits, it's that simple.
 
Those of you that workout, how did you setup your workout? did someone teach you, help you etc... obviously i'm doing everything wrong.
