2 days of cardio, plus the whole volleyball workout. 2 days of weight lifting both legs and shoulders etc.. and i start with small cardio before lifting.
what do you do for cardio?
treadmill: 5 minutes walking and then i run for about 20 minutes, about 2.5 miles in the end. Then i jump to i think its the eliptical machine for another half hour.
