That isn't the least bit true, you are a sneaky little ****************** that plays pretend to "just ask questions" while handing out backhanded insults and "both sides" arguments.

I should have just put you on ignore in the first place. Better late than never, eh.
Finally! Thank you!

And you complain about insults...wow, just wow.

I support you my man!

I know you do, I just meant that my distaste for this particular individual came out of something else and it was his treatment of you that was the final drop.

I have him on ignore now.... Somehow, the world seems like a better place. 😉

I hope all is well with you.

Thank you! I've had a couple of go arounds with Doc. He is in no way as insufferable as some of the people on here. He does make points I can get behind on occasion and probably even more often than me, speaks with a well worded focus.

so uh...in Carter Page's long testimony was an admission that he met with Rosneft executives in Moscow during his July trip.

According to the Steele dossier this was the meeting where he was offered 19% of Rosneft should Trump be elected and sanctions relieved. 19% of Rosenft was subsequently sold through Qatar and Singapore into a dizzying array of shell entities, the new owners (to my knowledge) remain unknown.

I'm not saying the dossier is 100% legit. But. Uh. There are a lot of coincidences.

It's legit. I feel it in my bones. Plus Trump gives the impression of a petrified man because he's petrified.

I thought we were going to have to wait for the Conservative Old white man to die off but now I think they're all going to prison!

and don't forget...

“Two years ago, I was in Moscow. And a lot of the people, Hugh, they were there, and they had an amazing time. And they’re terrific people. You know, I was getting along with them so great. I really loved my weekend, I called it my weekend in Moscow. But I was with the top level people, both oligarchs and generals, and top of the government people. I can’t go further than that, but I will tell you that I met the top people, and the relationship was extraordinary. And we just don’t have relationships in this country.”

It's entirely possible that portions of the dossier are true while others are not. In fact, I would expect this given that Steele relied on at least 10 different sources.

I thought I at least implied that by stating I wasn't sure the entire thing was legit.

I do wonder if Page was paid his "brokerage fee" on the 19% Rosneft sale as alleged. Given the questioning that I read in the transcript it appears members of Congress are interested too. The trip to Russia, paid for by Russians, in December with a stop in London after looks suspiciously like somebody going to collect.
