The former Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader under house arrest for allegedly having sex with a 16-year-old student spoke out publicly Wednesday to confirm she’ll take the stand during her trial.

Also in the article they state the boy will testify in her defense.
 
I blame abstinence education. If high school girls were giving it up then boys wouldn't be having sex with all these teachers, cheerleaders, etc.

HAHAHA...not a chance, given a choice between a high school girl or an NFL cheerleader that boys gonna be nailing the cheerleader any day of the week...
 
Victimless crime, who are we kidding. Yes there absolutely is a double standard, such is life. The kid doesn't care, his parents don't care, teacher should be fired from her job but that is it.

Sure 16 year olds, 17 year olds are illegal for most (in Florida you can be up to 24 years old and do them night and day, pretty much right in line with a fresh teacher's age).

Having a hot 16 -17 year old show up in your class and probably flirt with you 5 days out of the week is really too much of a challenge for even the most pure of us. Add that to the fact they somehow find you at extra-cirricular functions even more so.

In the end, I don't think most of these kids were ever 'victims' esp those that have admitted they weren't virgins to begin with.

It's all about getting paid by the parents that raised their little bastards and hos to be the perfect set up.

Ever notice it's never really the 'good kids' getting free sex from their teachers?
