That doesn't mean he was guilty of anything, just nothing could be DEFINITELY proved, but so many red flags and lets face it...investigating people from all over the world has got to take a long long time. Also, just because a guy is released by a judge does not mean that what he was telling is the truth.
It takes 8 years? Really? Bosnia tried him, and found him innocent. We didn't like that, so we kidnapped him and locked him up for another 7+ years. Only after a long legal battle did they even get a US judge to look at his case, and he said there was no evidence. No evidence after 8 years! You are OK with this?
What happened to due process? Can we lock you up for 8 years with no trial while we investigate you?
