The meaning of life is basically reproduction, and while it is possible to reproduce without having "sex" (IVF etc), it's still the main method used, so yeah, in a way everything we do do is for sex, because it's one of the most basic instincts, and the way to ensure our genes are passed on, as with every other animal.

no, reproduction is how life perpetuates itself, but that does not mean that the meaning of life is to reproduce, or that there even is a meaning to begin with. and even if it were the meaning of life, it hasn't been shown that everything we do is for whatever the meaning of life is.

Then there's social needs to belong and be loved.
We want to be accepted and respected for our work.

Not there aren't a lot of things people do for sex, or the slight possibility of it...but no, not everything. If we did everything for sex, what reason would we have to advance technology? You can't tell me some nerds in garages somewhere are making the next game to turn a genre on its head and that they are doing it to get laid. Or designing a flying machine 100 years ago, or pretty much any other pcoket-protector project.

No. I post here because I would rather be bored here than bored trying to write an essay.
