Correct, that is the USMC style of rolled sleeves. The only big thing they harp is it must look sharp, but otherwise the technique is the same as the dress shirt sleeve-rolling style.

US Army does it in such a way that the exterior camouflage must be the only material showing (which makes it easy to get the sleeves down rapidly if something happens).

For the record, sleeves are always down in country. Furthermore, if you are outside the wire, you usually aren't even wearing cammies. More than likely, some type of jump suit.

OP,

what size of shirt is the express? If it's a S, i would recommend exchanging it for a XS, since the S is kind of big on your body.

are you saying that asians have longer arms and that aandf caters to asians?

The sleeves were probably designed with folding in mind, thus the pic.

No I am not; I am saying that the average asian males have short arms, therefore A&F shirt sleeves are long and does not fit the average asian male.

Jesus, grow some arms. The good news is your forearms make probably the quickest and most notable change if you ever started working out and eating.

My arms never looked as bad as yours, but I must admit that the way my arms looks with sleeves rolled up is one of my favorite parts about putting on some muscle.

His arms will never grow, if he keeps eating fruitloops cereal.

God damn dude you need to calm down. It's just a date. What happens when you need to go on a job interview? CATASTROPHIC-MELTDOWN!

Can't help it. I got less than 4 hours of sleep last night(very shitty sleep, and it's been like this for a few days too) and I haven't been able to eat much in the past few days. If there was an option in my brain to stop that, I would... but I don't have the option.

Wait... polos are only called polos by nerds?

What else are they to be called? Every single collared short-sleeve shirt, that is not a button-up (save for 2 or 3 below the collar) should be called a "golf shirt"? Is that what you are suggesting?

uh, no?

I've never heard a polo called anything else, other than polo, my entire life, by all walks of life.
guess you need to get out more.... shocking, really.
