That would imply some sort of "intillegense." 😛

Short sleeve shirts are fine in the summer for many things...but I agree, not for dress shirts. HOWEVER, if you are required to wear a dress shirt...rolling the sleeves above the elbow isn't likely to be acceptable either.

It can't be just me, I prefer the look of rolled up sleeves past the elbows. Not in the case of the op of course but when it's someone less scrawny

Eh I bet that this can be solved simply by lay counts. I'm sure you do swell with the ladies with your "golf shirts"....

It's mainly a mixed kinda deal.. like for when going out at night and trying to go for that casual yet dressed up look.

What else are they to be called? Every single collared short-sleeve shirt, that is not a button-up (save for 2 or 3 below the collar) should be called a "golf shirt"? Is that what you are suggesting?

I've never heard a polo called anything else, other than polo, my entire life, by all walks of life.
I don't get it. Nerd hate is awesome... hell, I'm prone to join the nerd-hate party from time to time, but this one has me dumbfounded. 😉

Different folks have different style and will want to dress differently. Obviously, you don't have a sense for fashion.

Dumbass. Rolling up sleeves is a way to wear a shirt that is slightly too dressy for the occasion. You get the advantage of being dressed better than everyone else in the room, without looking like an asshole.

I prefer the left also. The problem with Trident is that he's too skinny. Maybe better off with a short-sleeve button-up shirt.
