Please explain how it is a call-out thread?

I have not seen it used simply by one member.

I was only referring to their statement of "Everyone knows this" is simply not true, as in many cases I don't know this.

This is almost what it seems like to me as well. So now we can select a meme at randome from the internet, and use it in every post we make, and somehow we then to come own that meme and if anyone makes a thread referencing it its automatically a call-out thread?
