Their moms decided they wouldn't be of any use to society anyway, and that they wouldn't be bringing in any money, just costing it, and so they killed their sons themselves, and are trying to get money from the companies, so their sons will give them some money after all.

Now that would be cool -- DA says "OK we believe you that Sony killed him, but we've granted Sony immunity to testify against you!!"
Simply amazing, first off I don't even understand the draw towards those games, but I have seen people get totally pulled into them. But to try to sue a game company cause you are a bad parent and your son was a nut job is totally pathetic, people should be forced to take a long look in the mirror before they press charges for anything.

So they made a good video game. So good you dont want to stop playing. Isnt that the goal of every game designer?
My roomate plays EQ all day. Practically every time I step into our room, he's on EQ. He can be kind of a strange fellow sometimes. I wouldnt say he had a problem, its just what he likes to do.
Personally EQ was a bit too complicated for me to get into, but I did play a LOT of Diablo 2 over the summer. My problem is that I had too broad a taste in video games to play any single game for too long.

Next thing you know, we'll be suing the beaches for giving us skin cancer. Why stop there? Lets sue the ozone layer, and even the sun! Why not just sue god while we're at it?
People need to take more responsibility for their actions. Him continuing to play that game is his own fault. You dont sue jif because you cant stop eating peanut butter even though youre allergic.
