Lots, though I regularly read 'ignored' posts in a thread I'm interested in. If I used the ignore list as an absolute "I'm not at all interested in what this person ever has to say" measure, then I think there would only be two or three people at the very most on the list.
It was easier to read 'ignored' content on the previous version of the forum software, so I ended up using it like a flagging system, e.g. "danger, Will Robinson! Much derp here!".
The way the ignore feature works now, it has played hell with my ability to read forum threads because it makes unignored people look like they're talking to themselves or flipping out at the post immediately above theirs for no apparent reason
So I have to scroll to the bottom, 'show ignored posts', scroll to the top again. The alternative is to clear out my ignore list and start again, but that seems like way too much hard work.
Btw OP, I think it's more than a little petty to advertise who's on your ignore list in the way you've done.
