I reprogrammed the electro-carborator ram on my 2004 Chevy Malibu to unlock pro-level capabilities. If I wanted to I could probably go 250MPH but I haven't honed my jedi forsight abilities enough to handle those speeds around my neighborhood yet. All my friends think I have the best car they've ever paid 10% tithe to and they're probably right but whatever, I haven't even installed my N0S yet.

I hit top speed in my Mom's old Mazda 323 several years ago at 105 mph while racing a Vette. Yes, I was wiped down. I also hit the rev limiter at around 6800-7000 rpm in 5th gear in my old Volkswagen Scirocco at ~126-130mph. That was fun.

Yeah pretty much any car can have it's onboard reflashed. The governor is just "digital" and cuts fuel at whatever the stock tires speed rating is.
