My father-in-law always has the weirdest technology problems - things that never happen to me, thank goodness.
I usually do some research, find the solution, and fix it, but this one has me stumped:
My in-laws have an iPad 2 and an iPad Air (1st Gen). They were over for dinner last night, so I offered to start the update process to 9.3. I went to Settings/General/Software Update. On both of them is said:
"iOS 9.2.1 Your software is up to date".
I rebooted both of them. No change.
I did a little research and was not able to find any discussion of the problem even existing, let alone a solution. My Google-Fu has failed me.
Any thoughts?
