I thought most rappers drank their fouties while driving around avoiding working at a real job .

Tanqueray Gin has been a top shelf gin since long before rappers.
Seagrams Gin has been a great inexpensive but still decent quality gin as long as I can remember.
Beefeaters owns both of them
Bombay Saphire owns all other Gins
You forget Gordons Dry Gin...i'd rate that just behind Bombay Sapphire myself...above Beefeaters for sure![]()
I was wondering about that. Hadn't heard of it till those STUPID commercials with that annoying black guy with a british accent started  Lemme guess where those commercials are marketed towards....Originally posted by: BurnItDwn

i have some hennessy around here...not my thing for sippin, but i use it now and again when i cook. particularly good in chocolate chip cookies, btw.
Hennessey and chocolate chip cookies? Damn what you use in yo' Kool Aid?
Please post cookie recipe with hennessey in it. I never heard of that one.
I'm not a huge gin drinker, so I haven't tried Beefeaters, but definately will now. Try Van Gogh if you haven't. Occaisonally I'll get the Seagrams lime flavored gin if I don't feel like going to buy & messing with limes.Originally posted by: BurnItDwn

Indeed I did forget gordons. My goal wasn't to name every gin, it was just to put Tanqueray and Seagrams in their place ... away from the top![]()
Yes, fine cognac should never be mixed or watered down. If anything, just have it warmed up a bit. If you're going to mix it with kool aid or whatever, just buy some brandy.Originally posted by: tweakmm
I  good cognac. VSOP or XO only please.
Sooo smooth and sooo good.
And you guys mixing it or putting it on ice... shame on you!

No such thing as cheap cognac. The cheapest bottle flirts with the $30 mark.Originally posted by: MixMasterTang
Good Cognac is comparible to good Single Malt Scotches. They are meant to be drank straight (sipped, not slammed). It's a waste of money if you're mixing it with anything, unless it's the cheap stuff.
Very special old pale.Originally posted by: jtvang125

Try naVan.
It's cognac with black vanilla from Madagascar (second most expensive spice in the world).
It's Hennessey, but sweet.
Stuff absolutely Rocks !
I always have some on hand![]()
