That's a lot faster then dialup. An order of magnitude faster!!

I can't, I have this knack for monitoring downloads and I'd just come every 3 minutes to check.

Pfft, 36kb/s is fine, albeit terrible, but it could be worse. Imagine if you had to do it via spanned floppies......and the 3rd last one is corrupted.

Heh, I actually did that in the floppy days, I was moving 32 MB worth of data and the second to last one was damaged :frown:
 
What pisses me off more is 99.85% done, and queued. (which usually means it's never going to get reseeded again). That's why when I download stuff I usually download like 20 of the same thing. One is bound to finish and work. 😛
 
I never said it was a torrent 😛 but yeah the 99.9% thing is pretty frustrating, especially if it's something rare or huge.
