Killing stuff is really the only truly fun thing in Eve. I do boring stuff to make enough money to be able to waste isk on suicide ganks or other forms of PvP. Although I habe enough Isk now that I haven't done any of that boring stuff for quite some time.

You never have enough ISK. If you do, you're not PVP'ing enough.

Recently bought a Dreadnought for WH defence fully T2 fitted for 2 billion isk. Need another 600 million to faction fit it.

I need another billion isk to buy a Armor Loki with faction webs for Armor Ops

Thinking of buying a cloaky Proteus

Saving up for a Carrier to run escalations.

Never enough Isk.

I hit the 1b isk mark a couple months ago....thought I was set for life. I now realize it was not nearly enough.

I have enough that I can play the game the way I want to indefinitely. I usually only lose around 50 to 200M isk of ships a month when I am playing regularly. Now that I don't play regularly I don't lose anything.

1 billion isk is chump change. When you start flying T3's regularly and expensive faction fit T2 ships, 1 billion isk doesnt cut it.

I usually put a limit of 2.5 billion isk minimum, but I decided to buy a dread when I got to 3 billion isk. Im at 1.5 billion isk right now and feel extremely helpless.

I don't really LIKE flying those ships, but the sheer isk investment that I have to make into T3's and Cap ships means Ill be busy for a while.

I feel the same way, whenever I duck under 2B I feel absolutely broke. I just don't have enough time to make ISK anymore, though.

Ok, so it was GOOD weekend. Lets just start with the latest. I just happen to log in, and as normal, the first thing I hit is d-scan, and a proteus is on scan in our wormhole. I jump on coms and find out it isn't ours, and doing a quick d-scan check realize it is on our static C2. We warp one ship there, and it jumps, and our one ship follows. In the meantime we get the fleet going and warp and sit on the C2. Their proteus is playing some games trying to bait, and we call it right. We turn the tables though by reverse baiting back and get him along with his friends to jump back into our C5 (he and his friends follow our ship back in which just jumped). So 2 gardians, a curse, 2 proteuses, and 2 lokis jump in. And are greeted by an archon, a tempest fleet issue, a domi, an armageddon navy issue, a scorpion, a tempest, and a broadsword (with a naglfar aligning and warping).

It took some time, but we neuted out the gardians and popped them (I put 4 heavy neuts on the secondary gaurdian as we shot the primary). The rest fled as they popped. We lost nothing (and these guys have a really, REALLY good killboard, they just didn't expect what we had waiting for them).

Previously we did a monster POS bash which netted us several billion in loot (7 corp hanger arrays filled with stuff, and that was after we cost them about 2 billion in ships that they self destructed after they realized they couldn't get them out (some of the related kills of them attempting to fleet):

Why didn't they just jump back... seems like incompetence.

They at least 1 timer, so they were fighting it out initially, and we collapsed it behind them 😀 (we think they all needed new pants when that happened since we collapsed it from the other side by bringing more people in (who were still getting back form the POS bash we had done earlier)).

Nicely done.

gratz specop, i let all 6 of my alts expire 2 months ago, the unified inventory system was just unusable for me. I couldn't loot, couldn't keep track of the salvage, too many chars and not enough time...hopefully they will change it at some point, I wonder if they will even send me an email if they do...i didn't hear a peep from ccp after i quit. heh...all 6 chars w/60mill plus SP...oh well.

I am apart of CFC now, and it's been an unusually quiet day on Mumble. Didn't know the man, but for those that did, today is a truly sad day.
