Check your RECEIPT. Does it say "DELIVERY FEE" or "INSTALLATION FEE" for which you paid extra ??
If Delivery fee, then the company's job is done. its your job to install it, read manuals, get it working etc. etc.
If Installation fee, then call up the company one last time and tell them to come and do their JOB FULLY. If they refuse and/or ask you to pay more, tell them that you have tried to give the said company full chance to complete their end of the contract and you will be calling your Credit Card company and telling them to STOP FULL PAYMENT since they voided the contract and do THAT. (Hopefully, you paid via Credit Card)
