I've never seen an Officer in uniform eating a donut. Drinking coffee is a completely other story (I think I'm the only person on the dept. that doesn't drink it).

My boss wouldn't do that. However, in theory ... If my team lead asked me to, I would mention the EULAs, and if she still said to do it I would double check with the Dept Manager. If He says to do it, then I'd do it.
