It's kind of strange they didn't get so far. I mean you do all that work to get out of prison and risk your life doing it, but didn't seem to have much of a plan to get to freedom. Even Sadam lasted longer.

Sadam had more wealth and support.

Both were probably city type folks and had no real survival/woodcraft skills.

I hope we get some details. I'm guessing they didn't have a plan for her bailing out and basically got lost in the woods.

Inlaws almost lost a weeks rent this summer. They have a place in the Adirondacs that rents for about $17.5K a week. A repeat renter wanted to back out (and loose the security deposit of $2500 or so).

Honestly, my in-laws don't care. It's just business to them. They'd take hte deposit and move on. Just sucks that it is a repeat renter. They'd probably say that they can apply the deposit to next years rent cost.

The prison is literally 5 miles away from their place.

Good news, we'll be there next week! No crazy shit going on. Other than the strange horder that lives next to the prison. Serisouly. never seen a horder like this.
