I'll take this HDD, run a benchmark connected via SATA, then do another test connected via the USB 3.0 dock again, it's just a shame I can't transfer directly to the enclosure via eSATA. Don't really want to get new enclosures just because of this that have 3.0 on them. I can't be bothered with the USB 2.0 on them anymore. I use this drive to copy videos for watching on my media player, it's just too time consuming at USB 2.0 transfer rates.I haven't followed any instructions or changed any settings
